VERTICAL SCAN WINDOW REPLACEMENT (MLPN 46-00232)

After the replacement vertical window has been installed, remove all protective film from the window.

The unit will not function properly if the protective film is not removed.

AILY MAINTENANCE

Smudges and dirt can interfere with the proper scanning of a bar code. Therefore, the horizontal and vertical output windows

will need occasional cleaning.

For the glass window:

1. Spray glass cleaner onto lint free, non-abrasive cleaning cloth.

2. Gently wipe the scanner window.

For the inner plastic window:

1. Use mild soap and water with lint free, non-abrasive cleaning cloth.

2. Gently wipe the scanner window.
